About
The tech mind in your corner.
I'm Cameron O'Brien. I've spent years leading technology and AI for companies that live or die by their operations, the kind where a wrong call costs real money every single day. I sit on your side of the table and make the technology and AI calls, so you don't have to become an expert in something you were never meant to run.
Here's what I see in most property management companies. Software they already pay for and barely use. A stack of tools that don't talk to each other. And a constant drumbeat of “you need AI” with nobody honest enough to say where it helps and where it's a waste. The right read on that turns the thing slowing you down into the thing that lets you out-run bigger competitors.
You shouldn't have to be the technology expert. You shouldn't be guessing which vendor is telling you the truth. You keep running the business you're good at, and I own the technology calls and tell you what the numbers actually say. And because you pay me, and no vendor does, the truth is the only thing I'm ever selling you.

A Bit About Me
Before technology, I trained in behavioral recognition and pattern reading in high-stakes security work, including detecting threats alongside canine teams at one of North America's busiest airports, Toronto Pearson. You need someone who can read people and make calm decisions when the stakes are real. You need someone who can help you make the right six-figure technology call. I am that someone.
I love understanding how things actually work, which is why I ask a lot of questions before I tell you what to do. The security work taught me the read has to come before the call. Technology is no different. My wife Kacy runs our operations, and we're raising our daughter in Alberta, Canada.
Selected Past Engagements
As the business owner you can't always see the data clearly. You need someone who can give you a straight read. You need someone who can make the right call.
Mid-Market Health Insurance Company, Voice AI
Their call operation couldn't trust its own numbers. Once they could see what was real, they doubled their transfer rate, ahead of target.
Foundry AI for Contractors, Technology Strategy
They had money pointed at AI in the wrong places. With a clear read on where it belonged and where it didn't, they cut the risk and shipped faster.
Polar Grid, Infrastructure Evaluation
They were building to lead in AI edge inference and needed to know their infrastructure could get them there. They walked away with a clear read on what was working, what wasn't, and what to build next.
Let's talk.
A straight conversation, and you'll know whether I'm the right person to help.
